Mercedes: Quinn, Blaine and Kurt aren't coming in today. Kurt and Blaine are sick and Quinn is still stressed out and I totally understand.
Rachel: So, it is you and Sam in Troubletones today?
Mercedes: Please, I can't do it alone with him.
Jesse: Right, he is your ex who you still have feelings for.
Mercedes: Thanks.

Rachel: Okay, lets do this. Lets do a restructuring. How about we change this up so that we can try and make it neutral and less awkward? We change the Head Coaching staff so that each team has a representatiive as Head Coach. So it can be me, Jesse and you Sebastian as head coaches.

Mercedes: How does this solve our problem?
Rachel: Sebastian would become Head Coach of the Warblers and you would become Head Coach of the Troubletones.
Mercedes: Still not following.
Jesse: I think I am following. She wants each team to have a representative as a Head Coach along with her and me.
