On their way to the restaurant as Rachel & Jesse sit behind the Evans in a van:Rachel: -Listening to their recordings of songs they performed over the years as a Glee group when she hears the song "Faithfully" by Journey, a duet she did with Finn.
Jesse: -Looks at Rachel- You're on my mind.
Rachel: -Lets out a tear and lays her head down on Jesse's shoulder-
Jesse: I'm forever yours, Faithfully. -Smiles as he kisses her head before wrapping his arm around her and running his fingers through her hair-
Rachel: -Looks at her husband- Thanks for trying.
Jesse: -Sighs as he grabs her neck and leans down to kiss her- You sure you want to go tonight?
Sam: -Turns around when he hears that- We can always stay home instead if you don't want to go out.
Quinn: -Looks at Sam- But the reservations.
Sam: -Looks at Quinn and grabs her hand- I want to spend my birthday with the people I love. Including my friends. It is hard to hear for all of us and you know that.
Quinn: -Sighs- I don't want to start a fight. Especially not tonight.
Sam: -Decides to pull over and stops the car- Listen, I don't want a fight either but I just don't want to have someone sad while we eat together. I want to go out but with you all. If that bothers someone then we don't have to. Quinn, don't spoil me, it's fine.
Quinn: -Sighs- Okay.
Sam: -Leans over and grabs her neck before rubbing her cheek- I love you.
Quinn: Forever yours.
Sam: -Smiles- Lets get going. They are probably already there.
Rachel: Okay. Just no music okay?
Sam: Okay. -Shuts off the music and then keeps driving on their way to his birthday supper-
