1 Month Later as Rachel hosts a meeting:Will: -Sitting in his office- So, I hear you made a decision Rachel.
Rachel: Yes. But I need to ask you guys first. Since I am allowed to create the entire show, I want to know if you guys would be open to doing something with me?
Kurt: What do you mean?
Rachel: -Sighs- I have decided to take the Residency.
Kurt: Yay. Tickets please.
Rachel: But, I have a condition. Since I am creating the show, I was hoping that it could be called Dalton-McKinley on stage?
Will: Why?
Rachel: I need other members of the troup to help me. That is why you are all here. Guys, I am asking you guys to come join me in Las Vegas and not only be in the broadway show but infact be co-Headliners with me and Jesse.
Will: Rachel, you can't take my staff.
Rachel: I am offering you a part too. Mr. Schuester, I have been blessed with the chance to create my own show. Come with me and help make this the best show ever. We get to build it right from the bottom up. Please? I booked some of the best help. I am even getting help from René Angelil.
Blaine: You mean Céline Dion's husband?
Rachel: -Smiles- C'mon, this could be fun. This could advance all of your careers. I am doing this for all of us. And remember, that doesn't happen very much.
Mercedes: Well, I'm in. I am so going to Vegas.
Sebastian: Me too. -Smiles as he stares at his Girlfriend whom he reunited with-
Rachel: I am sorry Mr. Schuester but I would rather work with Friends than complete strangers. I would love if you came on to be my either co-headliner or Stage Director.
Will: -Smiles- Can I think about it?
Rachel: Tell me within a month.
